20 point inspection

Each billiard table needs to undergo a 20 point inspection. After a complete inspection, Palason will restore or replace any part of the table that does not meet our strict standards.

Palason certified pre-owned warranty

All of our certified pre-owned billiard tables come with a complete 1 year warranty. This warranty guarantees against defects in material and workmanship of the table and playing surface as long as any installation or service is performed by an authorized Palason Billiards technician.

Extended warranty

In addition to the 1 year limited warranty, Palason offers an extended warranty program available on all used billiard tables to extend the 1 year limited warranty to 2 or 5 years. A certificate is supplied with every certified pre-owned billiard table, with a full report and completed 20 point inspection worksheet as carried out by the Palason qualified technicians.
